Instructional Support Coach

One of the best ways to learn is with a partner!

In District 303, we are one of the few districts in the area fortunate enough to have Instructional Support Coaches at each elementary building to be partners-in-learning with any and all staff members. Together, the ISC and colleague(s) learn and work to improve instruction through job-embedded professional development experiences. ISCs have the opportunity to work in many classrooms and learning environments throughout the year. The work of the Instructional Support Coaches happens within each building and throughout the district.

A group of elementary ISCs developed the following statements to help clarify their roles in the learning community:
